Onboarding quick-start

Create an account and launch a server in 59 seconds.

Follow these four stages to register, add prepaid credit and allocate your first self-managed Cloudfonica server.

1. Account registration

  1. Open the Cloudfonica portal registration screen via the Sign up button in the navigation bar.
  2. Enter a valid work email address and a strong password, then select Create account.
  3. Open the verification email sent to your inbox and follow the activation link to confirm your account.

2. Profile setup

  1. Sign in to your Cloudfonica portal account and select Profile in the left sidebar.
  2. Complete your contact details and preferred timezone.
  3. Leave the password field blank to keep your registration password (or enter a new one), then select Update.

3. Payment & adding credit

  1. Open the Billing section in the left sidebar and select Add credit.
  2. Enter your top-up amount (minimum $10.00 USD) and select Create payment to open the encrypted PayPal checkout.
  3. PayPal or card: Sign in with PayPal, or choose Check out as a guest on the same screen to pay with a credit or debit card. Balances paid via PayPal or card are credited automatically in under an hour.
  4. Bank wire transfer: Email info@cloudfonica.com for wire instructions and send your transfer receipt so our billing team can credit your account as soon as funds clear.

4. Creating your Cloudfonica cloud server

  1. From your portal dashboard, select Create server in the top-right corner.
  2. Choose your service (Bandwidth optimisation, SIM-less termination or Call filter) and enter your concurrent port count (16 to 256 ports).
  3. Select the Region closest to your originating carrier or termination site.
  4. Select Create your cloud. Automated provisioning completes in roughly 59 seconds, after which your dedicated server IP and panel credentials appear in your server list.
