GoIP Gateway Configuration Guide
Configuration procedures for GoIP-1, GoIP-4, GoIP-8, GoIP-16, and GoIP-32 hardware models.
Step 1: GoIP System Summary
Log in to the GoIP web portal. Verify SIM signal (RSSI), Average Call Duration (ACD), and Answer-Seizure Ratio (ASR).
Step 2: Network Configuration
Obtain the default IP and subnet mask of your Cloudfonica solution. Assign a static IP address to the GoIP gateway on the matching subnet.
Step 3: Basic VoIP Setting (Trunk Mode)
Under Basic VoIP Settings, set the configuration mode to Trunk. Set the Trunk IP address to the default IP of your Cloudfonica instance.
Step 4: Media & Codec Configuration
Enable allowable codecs: G.729, G.729a, G.729ab, G.723, alaw, ulaw. Under Media settings, set Jitter Buffer to Adaptive, with Min Delay = 50ms and Max Delay = 110ms to eliminate audio jitter.
